Dean Fowell
Dean is the Aloha United Head Coach and coaches the U-11 boy's team. Dean’s playing experience started in England at St. Columba’s Boys School, Charlton Athletic Football Club, Welling United Football Club, and Chelmsford City Football Club. Locally, he played for Oregon premier side Nike FC Swoosh. Dean’s coaching resume is equally extensive: U-9 boys at Samuel Montague Youth Club in England (2005); U-10 boys and U-17 girls with Berkley Soccer Club in Michigan (2005); soccer camps all along the East Coast with Britannia Soccer Camps (2005) Currently, Dean is a Director and coach for UK International Soccer Camps in Oregon; the assistant varsity, goalkeeper and JV-2 head coach at Hillsboro High School. He holds both an FA Level 1 and FA Level 2 licenses, as well as the USSF “D” and the National “Y” Licenses, in addition to being NHSSA and AYSO Certified.
 
Charles Adelmann
Charles is an assistant coach for the Aloha United U-13 boys and the Head Coach for the U-12 Girls. A former premier and ODP level player himself, Charles is the assistant boys varsity soccer coach at Lincoln High School in Portland, Oregon (state semi-finalists from 2000-2002). He continues to remain active as an adult player and AU coach.

Dave Coursen
Dave is the U12 Girls Assistant Coach and has been a valuable coach with AYSC for over 6 years, coaching U6 thru U11 age groups.
 
Louis Hema
Louis has been involved with Aloha United since 2005 and is an assistant coach for the U-11 boys. His soccer coaching experience dates back to 1990, with U-10 tournament championships in the Salem Waterfront Tournament (1999) and the Eugene Shamrock Shootout (2000). Louis holds his National “E” level coaching license.

Stuart Hoiem
Stuart began coaching for Aloha United in 1999 and is the head coach for the U-13 boy's team. He is currently the Hillsboro High School boy's junior varsity coach and the varsity assistant coach. Prior to that, Stuart coached at Glencoe High School and La Salle High School. Stuart currently holds the National "D" license for coaching.

Stephen Kiss
Stephen began coaching at Aloha United in 2008 and is the U-16 girls head coach. He currently holds National “C” and "Y" coaching licenses and is a USSF licensed referee. Having played club soccer in Munich, Germany (1986 – 1989) and serves as the president of the Banks Youth Soccer Association, Stephen has been active with the sport for almost all of his life.

Steve Nielsen
Steve is the Aloha Development Program U-10 boys Head Coach as well as the U16 Boy's Head Coach. Steve’s longtime involvement with soccer as a player includes U-15 and U-17 national championships with Southside United Soccer Club in Canada, selections to the All-Star Alberta U-17 and U-18 soccer teams, an NCAA Division II Defensive Player of the Year selection (1979) with Chapman College, and Division One men’s soccer with Stoy United SC. As a coach, his Elk Grove, CA U-14 boys team were league champions. Steve also coached locally with Westside Metro Soccer Club for ten years and with Southside as a club coach in 2004 before joining Aloha United in 2008. He has a USSF National Coaching “C” License and received a FIFA Referee license in 1975.

Brian Bauman
Brian is the U11 Girls Head Coach and an Aloha Development Program coach. With a USSF National Coaching “E” License and six years of coaching experience, his U-11 girl's team won the 2009 President's Cup.  As a U-10 girl's team coach, he took first place in the 2008 Summit Mortgage Challenge and third in both the Beaverton Cup and Chinook Cup Gold Division. Last year, Brian was a finalist for the Responsible Sports Coach of the Year award.

Sorin Popovici
Sorin is Aloha United's Head Goalkeeper Coach. As a goalkeeper in Romania, his playing experience included time in both the Romanian first and second divisions, including FC Poli Timisoara, FC UMT Timisiara, and AS Politehnica Timisoara. Sorin was also the goalkeeper coach at Mark Morris High School in Longview, Washington (2006-2007).

Tyler Shook
As the under 10 Girls Development Coach for Aloha United, Tyler brings a wealth of experience and organizational knowledge to Aloha United. His previous role as a Youth Programming Director for YMCS Storer Camps (2007-2008) gives him a strong focus in team building instruction and character development. District Player of the Year and First Team All-State high school honors in Ohio as well as three years as a varsity starter for Ashland University, Ohio translated to coaching experience at several levels, including Maumee Youth Soccer Association Summer Camps (1995-2001), Maumee Express Club Coach (2004), a varsity assistant coach position at Anthony Wayne High School in Ohio (2006), and most recently, the Perrysburg Soccer Club Coach, also in Ohio. Tyler holds an NCSSA National Diploma.
