Spring Break Camp

Aloha United Striker/Goalkeeper Camp

Put on by the Aloha United Coaching Staff. The AU Coaching staff includes FA Level 2, USSF C, USSF D, National Y, and NCSSA National Licensed coaches as well as over 20+ year’s Professional playing experience. Our coaches are experienced, and passionate about the sport, and the kids they coach.

Camp Details:

Mon-Friday 9:00am - noon

Cost:   $95/ per camper, $80/ per camper when you sign up early (2/15 – 3/5)

-Every camper receives an Aloha United camp T-shirt and a skills evaluation

-Equal to or less than a 10:1 player to coach ratio

Camp Format:

Ages 5-7:                         The primary focus for this age group will be shooting fundamentals and games. The focus will be on fun while teaching fundamentals of the game.

Ages 8-14:                       Topic Specific Training for this age group will be shooting fundamentals, techniques, runs, volleys, headers, goalkeeping basics etc.  At this level the focus will still be on fun, but a greater emphasis will be placed on technique and skill work.

Daily Camp Schedule:

Monday – Friday (Friday all day World Cup Competitions/Award ceremony)

8:30-9:00          Check in (Players will be placed into groups based on age and skill level)

9:00-9:15          Warm-up

9:15-10:30        Topic Specific Training

10:30-10:45      Break

10:45-11:45      Small Sided Games (specific to topic)

11:45-12:00      Coach’s Challenge and Sign out
